金银花复方洗手液体外抗菌作用研究

为研究金银花复方洗手液体外抗菌作用,选用抑菌环试验和手消毒现场试验方法对其进行了试验检测。结果,金银花复方洗手液原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种的抑菌环直径分别为11.98、13.65、11.47和11.03 mm。该洗手液原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种等细菌繁殖体分别作用1、3、5和10 m in,杀灭率均达99.90%以上。以该洗手液原液进行擦拭1 m in,对手上自然菌平均减少对数值分别为1.42和1.38。该洗手液原液对家兔皮肤、眼刺激反应积分均为0。结论金银花洗手液具有很好的抑菌效果和杀菌作用,对试验动物皮肤和眼无刺激性。

STUDY ON IN VITRO ANTIBACTERIAL EFFECT OF COMPOUND HONEYSUCKLE FLOWER HAND- WASHING SOLUTION

In order to study the in vitro antibacterial effect of compound honeysuckle flower(Flos Lonicerae) hand-washing solution,bacteria inhibition zone test and field trial for hand disinfection were used to carry out expermental study.Results: The diameters of inhibition zones of culture of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed to the stock solution of compound honeysuckle flower hand-washing solution were(11.98),13.65,11.47 and 11.03 mm respectively.The killing rates of the vegetative forms of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed to the stock solution of this hand-washing solution for 1,3,5 and 10 min respectively attained over 99.90%.Wiping with the stock solution of this hand-washing solution for 1 min reduced the natural bacteria on hands by logarithm of 1.42 and 1.38 in average.Both skin and eye irritation scores of the stock solution of this hand-washing solution were 0.Conclusions: The honeysuckle flower hand-washing solution has good bacteriostatic efficacy and germicidal effect.It is non-irritating to skin and eye of experimental animals.
