食管癌及良性食管疾病患者红细胞己糖激酶活性分析

用酶联法检测了２０例正常人、１６例食管增生患者、１２例食管炎、２０例食管癌、７例食管癌术后患者、９例食管癌化疗患者和９例其它肿瘤患者红细胞（ＲＢＣ）己糖激酶（ＨＫ）活力。结果发现，食管增生患者ＲＢＣＨＫ活性与正常对照组无差别（Ｐ＞０．０５）；食管炎组和食管癌组ＲＢＣＨＫ活性均高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）；食管癌患者术后３ｄＲＢＣＨＫ活性与术前无区别（Ｐ＞０．０５）；食管癌患者药物化疗一个疗程后ＲＢＣＨＫ活性显著低于化疗前（Ｐ＜０．００１）及正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示：①ＲＢＣＨＫ可做为食管炎和食管癌鉴别诊断的一个辅助指标；②ＲＢＣＨＫ对于指导食管癌患者药物化疗有一定意义。

Activities of RBC HK in patients with esophageal cancer or benign esophageal diseases

The activities of hexokinase in the erythrocytes from 20 control subjects,16 patients with esophageal dysplasia,12 with esophagitis,20 with esophageal cancer,7 post operative patients,9 treated with chemotherapy and 9 with other neoplasmas were detected with enzyme-connected method.It was found that there was no difference between the levels of RBC HK in the esophageal dysplasia patients and the normal group(P>0.05),The levels of RBC HK in the esophagitis patients and the esophageal cancer patients were all higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no difference between the activities of RBC HK in the post-operative and the pre-operative group(P>0.05),The activities of RBC HK in the chemotherapeutic group were apparently lower than those in the prechemotherapeutic group(P<0.001) and the normal group(P<0.001).The results indicated that RBC HK was a useful mark for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer and esophagitis,and for the guidance of treating esophageal cancer patients.
