骨诱导成骨材料在骨修复治疗中的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的对骨诱导成骨材料(脱钙人牙基质)在骨修复治疗中的临床疗效进行观察并总结。方法取河北省邯郸市第一医院骨一科自2010年以来收治的骨科患者120例,随机分为实验组60例和对照组60例,实验组采用内固定结合脱钙人牙基质(DTM)进行骨修复治疗;对照组采取髂骨植骨治疗。通过监测所有患者术后一周的血磷、血钙和网织红细胞的水平变化来评定手术对内环境稳定性的影响;同时在患者术后2年内随访,统计骨愈合情况。结果实验组患者血磷、血钙和网织红细胞的水平与对照组相比更加稳定,提示骨诱导成骨材料在骨修复治疗的稳定性很好;且实验组在6个月内统计骨愈合47例,愈合率达到78.3%,对照组6个月内骨愈合32例,愈合率为53.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论DTM在骨修复治疗中对血磷、血钙和网织红细胞的水平更稳定,且患者愈合情况理想,总体临床疗效显著,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Effect observation of inductive ontogenesis in treatment of bone repair material

Abstract:Objective To observe and summarize induce the clinical efficacy bone ( bone material of decalcified dentin matrix) in the treatment of bone repair. Methods Totally 120 patients in our department since 2010 treated patients, were randomly divided into experimental group 60 cases and control group 60 cases, the experimental group were treated with internal fixation combined with dematerialized dentin matrix (DTM) for bone repair treatment, the control group took the bone grafting for the treatment. Effects of changes in levels of reticulocytes by phosphorus, a week to monitor all patients' serum calcium and network to evaluate the operation of internal environment stability, at the same time in pa- tients after 2 years follow - up,the statistical bone healing. Results The experimental group serum phosphorus, calcium and reticulocyte levels compared with the control group is more stable, bone formation induced by bone in bone repair material stability is very good, and the experimental group at 6 months statistics bone healing in 47 cases, healing rate reached 78. 3% the control group of 6 months of bone healing in 32 cases, the cure rate was 53.3%, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion DTM RET on serum phosphorus, calcium and network in bone repair treatment level is more stable, and patients healing ideal, overall clinical efficacy significantly, it is worth popularizing in clinic.
