生命早期应激对成年期子代雄鼠抑郁样性行为的影响

目的：观察生命早期应激对成年期子代雄性大鼠抑郁相关行为的影响。方法：采用母爱剥夺法建立生命早期应激大鼠模型，于子代雄性大鼠成年期进行开场、蔗糖水偏嗜和Morris水迷宫实验，评价其抑郁相关行为表现。结果：母爱剥夺组中央活动路程较对照组明显减少（p〈0．05），蔗糖水偏嗜百分比较对照组有下降趋势，Morris水迷宫实验中平台穿越次数和目标象限活动路程较对照组明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论：生命早期应激导致子代雄性大鼠成年期出现部分抑郁相关性行为，可为成年期抑郁症的神经生物学研究提供较为实用的动物模型。

Effects of Early Life Stress on Depressive-like Behavior of Adult Male Rat Offsprings

Objective： To explore the effects of early life stress on depressive-like behavior of adult male rat offsprings. Methods： Maternal deprivation was employed to construct animal model of early life stress. The depressive-like behavior of male offsprings in both maternal deprivation and control groups were evaluated with open-field test, sucrose preference test and Morris water maze in their adulthood. Results： The spontaneous activities in the maternal deprivation group were significantly reduced than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. In sucrose preference test, the maternal deprivation group indicated decreased sucrose percentage subjected to control group. Finally, less time spending in target quadrant during acquisition test in Morris water maze was found in the maternal deprivation group comparing with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Part of long-lasting depressive-like behaviors can be induced by early life stress in adult male rats. The animal model of early life stress can provide a useful tool for neurobiological research in depression.
