吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压146例临床观察

目的观察缬沙坦与吲达帕胺联用对老年收缩期高血压的疗效。方法选取老年收缩期高血压病患者146例，给予吲达帕胺2．5mg联合缬沙坦80mg，1次／d。对比治疗前和治疗2周后动态血压的变化。结果本组患者经治疗2周后，患者血压达标率为84．25％，治疗前后比较有显著差异性（P〈0．05）。结论吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦对老年收缩期高血压患者有良好的降压作用。

Clinical observation of indapamide valsartan in treatment of treatment of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension

Objective To observe the efficacy of valsartan associated with indapamide for elderly systolic hyperten- sion. Methods Totally 146 elderly systolic hypertension patients： indapamide 2. Smg ＋ valerianlosartan 80mg qd. Ambulatory blood pressure were measured before and after 2 weeks results. Results Two weeks later, the blood pres- sure of 84. 25% patients were up to standardand the result was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The in- dapamide united valsartan have good antihypertensive effect to systolic hypertension patients.
