不同试验方法及有机物对次氯酸钠类消毒液杀菌效果评价的影响

目的观察因试验方法以及是否含有机物对评价消毒效果所产生的影响。方法采用2002版《消毒技术规范》规定的悬液和载体定量杀灭试验方法进行试验，比较杀灭效果；以及在同为悬液定量杀灭试验条件下加入不同浓度有机物，对杀菌效果进行检测、评价。结果以有效氯2500mg／L溶液进行试验，对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢悬液法要作用45min，载体法仅作用30min．可达到消毒效果评价要求；悬液试验有机物浓度为0g／L时，作用30min可达消毒效果，有机物浓度提高为3g／L，需作用45min。结论悬液法和载体法所得的消毒合格时间有差异；有机物多少对消毒效果评价也有一定程度的影响。

Influence of Different Methods and Organics on Germicidal Efficacy of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution/

Objective To observe the influence of different methods and organics on germicidal efficacy of sodium hypochlorite solution. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and carrier quantitative germicidal test specified in 2002 edition of Technical Standard for Disinfection were used to compare the germicidal efficacy,and used different con- centration organics in suspension quantitative germicidal test to detect and evaluate the germicidal efficacy. Results The solution containing available ehloric 2 500 mg/L for 45 min in suspension quantitative germicidal test of Bacillus subtilis vat. niger had germicidal efficacy,those in carrier germicidal test were 30 min,and when the organics concentration was 0 g/L in suspension quantitative germicidal test,those for ao min had germicidal efficacy. Conclusion The eligible disin fection time measured by two me：hods shows considerable difference,and the organics concentration has different influence on the evaluation of germicidal efficacy.
