| 摘 要： | 采用单因素试验法和均匀设计法,优化了右旋酮洛芬-β-环糊精微球的处方和工艺.所得微球包封率和载药量均在回归方程的预测范围内.原药及3批微球在0.1mol/L盐酸及磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.8)中的溶出参数m、t50、td均有显著性差异(P＜0.01).

| Abstract: | The formulation of (S)-ketoprofen-b-cyclodextrin microspheres were optimized using single factorexperiment and uniform design. The encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of the prepared microspheres were in theprediction ranges of regression equations. The dissolution parameters such as m, t50 and td of the microspheres and bulk drughad significant difference in 0.1mol/L HCl and pH6.8 phosphate buffer solution (P<0.01). |
