全颌固定式种植义齿

目的：牙列缺失的种植义齿修复多采用覆盖义齿方式，但某些患者仍希望得到固定修复。Branemark的可拆卸固定全颌种植义齿技术复杂，美观清洁卫生等也不理想。本研究要建立一种牙列缺失的固定种植我齿修复模式。方法：11例有条件的无牙颌患者，在CDIC种植体支持基础上，用常规烤瓷溶附冠桥技术完全成颌固定式种植义齿修复。结果：1至5年的观察表明，该修复模式在咀嚼功能，美观性，舒适感及清洁卫生维护均获得满意结果。

Treating edentulous patients with fixed denture supported by CDIC implants

Objective: Although the implant-retained overdentures are commonly used to treat edentulous patients, some patients still show strong desire for fixed dentures. Branemark's fixed- detachable denture is complex and with esthetic, phonetic and hygiene problems. The purpose of this study was to find an alternative treatment for the edentulous patients who want implant-supported fixed prostheses .Methods: 11 indicated edentulous patients were selected in this study. CDIC implants were placed both were anterior and posterior in the edentulous jaws. 6 months after Implants placement, porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) prostheses were fabricated and fixed to the implant abutments by cementing. The follow-up time of these patients was 12-month to 5-year. Results: All of the patients satisfied with this kind of completed fixed denture at function as well as esthetics. Conclusion :The completed fixed implant-supported denture has several advantages to give the edentulous patients a restoration with credible retention, higher efficiency of mastication, more comfort and good esthetic; to improve the healthy of the patients both physically and psychically by getting rid of the edentulous condition.
