摘    要:目的研究灵芝水溶性提取物(EGL)对大鼠脑缺血性损害的预防性保护作用。方法在大鼠脑梗塞前后分别灌服EGL,观察梗塞体积、病理及超微结构的改变,同时观察EGL对小鼠缺氧及疲劳耐受能力的影响。结果预防性治疗组较梗塞后治疗组梗塞体积更小,组织病理学改变更轻;EGL可增强小鼠对缺氧及极度疲劳的耐受能力。结论EGL对大鼠脑缺血性损害具有预防性保护作用

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of the water soluble extract of Ganoderma lucidum(EGL)on ischemic cerebral damage in Wistar rats.Methods The infarct volume and pathological characteristics were studied when the rats were fed with EGL prior or posterior to cerebral ischemia.The effects of EGL on anoxia and fatigue tolerance were observed. Results Prophylactic treatment group has smaller infarct volume than the treatment group after infarct,the change of histopathology was lighter.EGL could enhange anoxia and fatigue tolerance of the rats. Conclusion EGL has prophylactic neuroprotective effect on ischemic cerebral damage in rats.
