| 摘 要： | 目的掌握老年人跌倒伤害的危险因素以及相关知识、信念、行为的水平,为安全社区的创建工作提供依据。方法搜集分析浦东新区某镇所有老年人的基本情况,预防跌倒知识,信念方面、态度方面、行为方面知识及伤害相关信息。结果老年人伤害跌倒率为4.95%,患有慢性病的老年人跌倒情况明显高于无慢性病的老年人,老年人无规律锻炼的跌倒率明显高于有规律锻炼的跌倒率,运动能力低的跌倒率明显高于运动能力高的老年人。结论某镇老年人跌倒率高于上海市的总体水平。应从控制慢性病、加强体质和减少居家致跌危险因素等方面预防老年人跌倒。对于老年跌倒态度仍要加强培训,并在创建安全社区过程中摸索老年人跌倒干预模式。
