中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床观察

目的:通过临床观察中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效和不良反应,以对该疗法治疗RA作出客观评价。方法:收集RA病人36例,随机将观察对象分为中药熏蒸组(熏蒸组)与非中药熏蒸组(非熏组)。治疗1疗程(20d)后,比较两组治疗前后及组间关节症状、体征、中医症状、炎症指标(血沉、C-反应蛋白)、健康评估问卷(HAQ)的变化,以及安全指标(血常规、肝肾功能、心电图等)的影响。结果:熏蒸组总有效率为95%,ACR70改善30%,明显高于非熏组(P<0.01);C-反应蛋白较非熏组明显降低(P<0.05)。但在关节症状、体征、中医症候、HAQ、血沉变化上两组无明显差异。安全指标均无明显差异。结论:中药熏蒸疗法治疗RA有效且安全。

Observation on clinical effects of the herb fumigation and steaming therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the herb fumigation and steaming therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),observe the therapeutic effect and its adverse reactions of herbal fumigation and steaming for RA in clinic.Methods: Collect 36 patients with RA in ward,which were randomly divided into two groups,one treated with the conventional therapy,the other added-on the herb fumigation and steaming therapy.Afrer one course,we compare the changes of the patients’joint symptoms,signs,clinical symptoms,inflammatory index(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein),Health Values Questionnaire(HAQ) and the safety index(such as blood routine,liver and renal functions test,and electrocardiogram,et al) before and after treatment and between two groups.Results: The herb fumigation and steaming therapy group(short for fumigation group) in the total efficiency is 95%,and the improvement of the percentage of ACR70 is 30%,was significantly higher than those of the none herb fumigation and steaming therapy group(short for non-fumigation group)(P<0.01).Fumigation group serum C-reactive protein decreased significantly compared with non-fumigation group(P<0.05).However,the changes of the joint symptoms,signs,symptoms of TCM,HAQ,ESR had no significant differences.And the safty index had no significant differences.Conclusion: The herb fumigation and steaming therapy in the treatment of RA is effective and without significant additional safety risk.
