下肢动脉粥样硬化与相关影响因素和疾病的中医证型特点分析

目的:探讨下肢AS与相关因素、疾病的中医证型,并力求通行。方法:将317例下肢AS患者按证候分型,分析其与相关因子的关系。结果:①血脂异常远大于其他诸因子,差异显著(P<0.005)。②痰浊阻滞>气阴两虚>瘀血阻络>阳虚寒凝>湿热湿毒,痰浊阻滞、湿热湿毒与其它各型差异显著(P<0.005)。③痰浊阻滞BMI增高为首,血脂异常次之;瘀血阻络冠心病为首,高血压、BMI增高、血脂异常、脑梗塞次之;气阴两虚糖尿病并发症为首,糖尿病次之;阳虚寒凝脑梗塞为首;湿热湿毒型占2.73%,以糖尿病、糖尿病并发症、BMI增高、血脂异常为主。结论:下肢AS以痰浊阻滞为主要证型,气阴两虚、瘀血阻络型为次要证型,阳虚寒凝、湿热湿毒型又次之。

Lower limb atherosclerosis and related factors and disease TCM syndrome type characteristic analysis

Objective: Explore lower limb artery atherosclerosis and the related factors,disease of TCM syndrome type,And makes every effort to pass.Methods: 317 cases of lower limb AS by the patient syndrome type points,analyzing the related factors of the relationship.Results: ①dyslipidemia far outweigh the other factor,significant difference(P<0.005).②Phlegm-Dampness Stagnation>deficiency of both qi and yin>obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis>yang deficiency and cold stagnation>accumulation of damp-heat,Phlegm-Dampness Stagnation、accumulation of damp-heat and other various significant difference(P<0.005).Phlegm-Dampness Stagnation higher BMI headed,dyslipidemia take second place;obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis headed by coronary heart disease,high blood pressure,BMI heighten,dyslipidemia,cerebral infarction take second place;deficiency of both qi and yin headed by diabetes complications,diabetes take second place;yang deficiency and cold stagnation headed by Cerebral infarction;accumulation of damp-heat 2.73%,with diabetes,diabetes complications,BMI heighten,dyslipidemia primarily.Conclusion: Lowerlimb atherosclerosis in the Phlegm-Dampness Stagnation as the main card type,deficiency of both qi and yin、obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis for the secondary card type,yang deficiency and cold stagnation、accumulation of damp-heat take second place.
