全国社区卫生服务现状调查--2000～2002年全国社区卫生服务机构财务收支状况分析

目的了解我国社区卫生服务机构2000~2002年的财务收支状况。方法利用自填式问卷对全国708个社区卫生服务机构(包括200个服务中心和508个服务站)的各项财务收支状况进行调查。结果总收支比由2000年的1.061下降到2002年的1.039;业务收支比由2000年的0.988下降到2002年的0.962;药品收入收益率逐年增长,由2000年的18.23%增加为2002年的21.06%。结论社区卫生服务机构财务收支状况的发展趋势不容乐观;应尽快制定合理的技术性劳务服务收费价格;建立和完善合理的经费补偿机制。

Analysis of the Income and Expense of Community Health Service Institutions in 2000-2002

Objective To have a view of the income and expenses of community health service institutions in 2000-2002.Methods A questionnaire covered 200 community health service centers and 508 community health service stations from eleven provinces(including municipalities and direct-controlled municipalities) was carried out.Results The ratio of income and expenses declined from 1.061 to 1.039.The ratio of income and expenses about operation declined from 0.988 to 0.962.The rate of yield about medicament increase from 18.23% to 21.06%.Conclusion The income and expenses of community health service institutions counterpoise.Need to perfect and develop correlative policy about community health service.Need to consummate the compensatory mechanism about community health service.
