| Abstract: | The authors describe the prenatal echocardiographic diagnosis of a rare case of pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum, right-sided aortic arch, and ventriculocoronary connection in a fetus at 21 weeks gestation. The diagnosis was confirmed at autopsy. |
