| 摘 要： | 教学督导是高等医学院校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分，是连接管理人员与教师、学生的桥梁和纽带。从健全督导工作制度，加强督导队伍建设，改进教学督导工作等方面，论述如何发挥教学督导“监督、指导、评估”的作用，全面加强教学质量监控。

| Abstract: | Teaching supervision, an important part of the supervision system for teaching quality in medical universities and colleges, is the connection among administrators, teachers and students. This paper explains how to play its functions of supervision, directing, leading and commenting better, and how to strengthen the control of teaching quality all the way by taking such measures as system healthiness, team construetion, and mechanism function improvement. |
