| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨药物引起锥体外系反应的特点及一般规律。方法:对1995年1月~2005年6月国内医药期刊报道的药源性锥体外系反应2 265例进行统计、分析。结果:不良反应涉及12类药物,以消化系统用药、抗精神失常药、抗过敏药为主,位居首位的是甲氧氯普胺,共1 626例(71.79%)。结论:临床工作者应掌握引起锥体外系不良反应的药物分布规律,安全用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss the general pattern and characteristics of drug-induced extrapyramidal syndrome(EPS).METHODS:2265cases of drug-induced EPS reported in domestic medical journals published from Jan.1995to Jun.2005were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Altogether12drug categories were involved in the drug-induced EPS,leading the list were digestive system drugs,psychotolytic drugs and antiallergic drugs,in which metoclopramide ranked the first place,with1626cases(71.79%).CONCLUSIONS:It is essential for clinical practitioners master the distribution patterns of drugs that induced EPS so as to promote medication safety. |
