615系小鼠可移植性乳腺癌株(Ca763)的实验研究

本文报道我室建立的另一个615系小鼠乳腺癌株Ca763,它来自一只经产雌鼠的自发A型乳腺癌。在同系成年615系小鼠中保种传代,现已传至224代,其移植成功率均为100%,无自然缓解。平均存活期为17±2.1天。Ca763生长迅速,其移植成功率、瘤重、瘤系数与615小鼠的鼠龄、性别无关。Ca763在建株和不断传代过程中其病理组织学较早地发生明显的改变,移植瘤已不复具有A型乳腺癌的典型特征,分化降低,但很少转移。 Ca763对临床常用各类抗癌药10种中,对其中6种有不同程度敏感性并有其特点。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TRANSPLANTABLE MURINE MAMMARY ADENOCARCINOMA(Ca763) OF 615 STRAIN MICE

This paper reported another transplantable mammary adenocarcinoma model (CA763) of inbred 615 strain mice established in our laboratory. It originated from a spontaneous type A mammary adenocarcinoma of a multiparous female 615 strain mouse. Ca763 was maintained for 224 generations successively in syngeneic adult 615 mice, 100% of the transplantation was successful without any spontaneous regression. The mean survival time of tumor-bearing mice was 17+2.1 days. Ca763 grew rapidly, and its incidence of successful transplantation, tumor weight and tumor index had nothing to do with the age and sex of mice used for transplantation. The histopathological pattern of Ca763 changed earlier and more significantly during the course of its establishment and successive transplantation, and the tumor transplant had no longer exhibit the typical characteristics of type A mammary adenocarcinoma. Its degree of differentiation was much lowered but metastasis was seldom seen. It was shown that Ca763 was, in varying degrees, sensitive to 6 of 10 kinds of antitumor agents in common use and with some characteristics of its own.
