上海市某街道常住人口生存质量与社会支持现况调查

目的 了解上海市某街道常住人口的生存质量和社会支持度的现况,并分析两者之间的关系,为提高该人群生存质量提供依据.方法 通过系统抽样的方法抽取600名常住人口,采用WHOQOL-BREF量表和社会支持量表进行调查,用相关分析的方法分析两个量表各领域得分之间的关系.结果 上海市某街道常住人口的生存质量各领域得分均较低,其中心理领域得分仅为满分的45.94%;社会支持度方面,客观社会支持得分较低,仅为满分的40%.WHOQOL-BREF量表的四个领域和社会支持量表的三个维度之间都呈正向相关（P＜0.01）.结论 上海市某街道常住人口的生理、心理方面应该受到关注,可以通过增加他们的社会支持度来提高他们的生存质量.

The status of quality of life and social support: an investigation of the resident people in a community of Shanghai

Purpose Get to know the status of quality of life, social support and their relationship through an investigation in a community of Shanghai in order to carry out evidence based intervention to improve their quality of life. Methods Six hundred resident people were chosen by systematic sampling. The questionnaires of WHOQOL-BREF(Chinese Version) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) were used as research instruments. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the domains of WHOQOL-BREF and SSRS. Results Every domain score of the WHOQOL-BREF was low, especially the psychological score which was just 45.94% of the full score of this domain. The score of the objective support in SSRS was lower than other domains, which was only 40% of this domain full score. Positive correlations were found between the scores of every two domains of WHOQOL-BREF and SSRS. Conclusions More attention should be paid to physical and mental health of the resident people. Improving social support could be considered a good way to enhance their quality of life.
