河南省新乡县农村居民慢性病现状调查

目的:调查分析河南省新乡县居民健康状况.方法:采取整群抽样的方法对新乡县9 334名农村居民以家庭为单位进行慢性病问卷调查,数据用SPSS软件进行分析.结果:新乡县慢性病患病率为12.42%,是1998年全国农村水平的1.35倍;男性患病率高于全国水平,但未高于女性;年龄越大,患病率越高;婚姻状况不良者,患病率较高;随文化程度的升高,患病率降低.主要的慢性病病种是心血管系统和消化系统疾病.结论:慢性病的预防工作应作为农村医疗卫生工作的重点,农村卫生服务需求量仍较大.

Prevalence study on chronic diseases of urban residents in Xinxiang county of Henan province

Aim: To study the prevalence of chronic diseases of urban residents in Xinxiang county, Henan province. Methods: According to the principle of clustering sampling, 9 334 residents of Xinxiang county were enrolled to accept survey by questionnaire. Data were collected using the uniform questionnaires and analyzed by statistic software SPSS. Results: The prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 12.42%,which was 1.35 times of the whole urban of China. The prevalence rate of male was not higher than female. The prevalence rate was increased with age. The prevalence rate was also different among different education level and mating status. The main diseases influencing urban residents' health condition in Xinxiang county were the disease in vascular system and digestive system. Conclusion: Prevention of chronic diseases should be emphasized in urban health work, and the require of urban health service is still great.
