| 摘 要： | 近13年来,手术治疗室缺合并严重肺动脉高压182例,其肺动脉收缩压为10.7～20.0kPa(1mmHg=0.133kPa),全肺阻力为191～1784dyn.s.cm~(-5),有左向右分流者157例,双向分流者25例,手术死亡率为4.9％,长期效果满意。重点讨论了室缺合并严重肺动脉高压的外科治疗经验。

| Abstract: | In recent thirteen and half years, 182 patients with VSD and severe pulmonary hypertension were operated on in our institute. The systolic pulmonary arterial pressure was 10.7~20.0 kPa (80~150 mmHg), and total pulmonary resistence 191 ~ 1784 dyne. s. cm-5.There was left-right shunt in 157 patients and both left-right and right-left shunts in 25 patients. The operative mortality rate was 4,9% with satisfactory long-term results. In this paper, the experience of surgical treatment of VSD with severe pulmonary hypertension was discussed. |
