| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨莫沙比利联合川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫临床疗效. 方法 选择68例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予莫沙必利治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予川芎嗪注射液治疗,疗程结束后,观察两组疗效. 结果 对照组总有效率(91.2%)高于对照组(64.7%),差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论 莫沙比利联合川芎嗪注射液对糖尿病性胃轻瘫治疗效果显著,值得临床推广.

Discuss the Clinic al Efficacy of the Combination Treatment of Mosapride and Ligustrazin to Diabetic Gastroparesis |

| Abstract: | Objective: Discuss the clinical efficacy of the combination treatment of mosapride and Ligustrazin to diabetic gastroparesis.Methods: Select 68 diabetic gastroparesis patients, divided into control group and treatment group randomly, the control group are treated with mosapride, while the treatment group are Ligustrazin based on the control group, to observe the efficacy of the two groups at the end of the treatment.Results: the total effective rate of treatment group (91.2%) is significantly higher than that of the control group (64.7%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: the clinical efficacy of combination treatment of mosapride and ligustrazin to diabetic gastroparesis is important, which is worthy for clinical reference. |
