阴式辅助腹腔镜巨大子宫肌瘤切除术的临床疗效及安全性

目的本文主要分析阴式辅助腹腔镜巨大子宫肌瘤切除术的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院于2010年11月至2012年11月收治30例巨大子宫肌瘤患者临床资料,按照手术方式不同分为两组,观察组15例采用阴式辅助腹腔镜巨大子宫肌瘤切除术,对照组15例腹腔镜巨大子宫肌瘤切除术。最后分析两组患者手术相关指标、术后恢复情况及安全性。结果观察组在失血量、瘤体直径、肌瘤数目、手术后引流量、中转开腹以及术后发热率等方面的明显胜于对照组。观察组所需要的手术时间、住院时间、肠功能恢复时间、胃肠蠕动开始时间以及肛门自行排气时间都明显少于对照组,比较显著,具有统计意义(P<0.01)。两组均没有不良反应。结论阴式辅助腹腔镜巨大子宫肌瘤切除术的临床疗效及安全性非常显著,患者切口创伤低、出血量少、并发症发生率低、减少患者住院时间。

The Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Vaginal Assisted Laparoscopic Myomectomy

Objective This article mainly analyzes the Yin type assisted laparoscopic huge clinical efficacy and safety of uterine myomectomy. Methods Our hospital in November 2010 to November 2012 were analyzed clinical data of 30 patients with giant hysteromyoma, according to the operation in a different way is divided into two groups, observation group 15 cases adopted Yin type huge assisted laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection, 15 cases were huge laparoscopic uterine myomectomy. In the final analysis two groups of patients＆#39; indicators related to the operation, postoperative recovery and security. Results In observation group, blood loss, tumors had the diameter, number of fibroids, traffic and transit laparotomy surgery, and postoperative fever rate obviously than that in control group. Observation group needed operation time, length of hospital stay and bowel function recovery time, gastric bowel peristalsis start time and the anus exhaust time is significantly less than control group, more significantly, with a statistical significance（P＆lt;0.01）. Two groups were no adverse reactions. Conclusion Yin type assisted laparoscopic huge clinical efficacy and safety of uterine flesh tumour resection is significant, low incision in patients with trauma, less blood loss, low complication rates and reduce in-hospital time.
