DR胸部摄影KV值的选择

目的分析高千伏胸部摄影在DR系统的应用优劣，探讨DR胸部摄影的合适kV值的选择。方法随机100例患者分两组分别采用125kV和85kV，使用自动曝光控制（AEC）模式进行摄影。由2名高年资医生在医用显示器上进行评片，并记录其MAS值。结果从内容层次两组无明显区别；细节显示85kv组略好于125kV组；对比度分析85kV组明显好于125kV组；剂量分析125kV组剂量〈85kV组。结论高千伏在DR的胸部摄影中并不是最佳选择，应选择85kV进行胸部正位摄影。
