胃癌患者术后胃肠激素与胃肠动力改变的关系

胃癌的手术治疗根据肿瘤的发病部位及不同分期分为三种术式：即远端胃大部切除术、近端胃大部切除术和全胃切除术。胃癌术后常并发一系列的胃肠动力紊乱症状，如恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、反流性食管炎、倾倒综合征等。临床证实其发生与手术方式和术后多种胃肠激素水平的变化有关，但确切机制尚待研究。本文概述了人体胃肠激素的种类、生理作用、检测方法以及胃癌术后对人体胃肠激素水平及胃肠动力改变的影响。

Relationships between plasma gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility disorders in post-operative patients with gastric cancer

Radical gastrectomy for gastric cancers can be divided into three types according to the locations and different stages of gastric neoplasms：proximal gastrectomy, subtotal gastrectomy and total gastrectomy. Post-operative patients often suffered from a series of clinical symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bellyache abdominal distention, diarrhea, even relfux esophagitis, dumping syndrome and so on. These symptoms are often relevant with surgical procedures and the changes of gastrointestinal hormone levels and gastrointestinal motility disorders, while the mechanisms are still unclear. This article summarizes the types, physiological functions and test methods of different gastrointestinal hormones and the influences of gastrectomy on gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility disorders.
