| 摘 要： | PDCA循环包括计划、实施、检查和处理4个阶段,是一种科学的工作程序,能够有效提高护理工作质量、改善护理效率。本文综述了PDCA循环理论在护理管理多个领域的具体应用及PDCA循环在护理管理方面的新进展,分析了当前尚存在的问题并阐明了研究方向。
