摘    要:心肌梗死后的心室重构是心力衰竭的发病机制之一,与心力衰竭的进展和不良预后关系密切。半乳糖凝集素-3(galectin-3,Gal-3)作为判断心力衰竭的生物标志物之一,主要通过诱导心肌纤维化及炎症反应等使心肌细胞发生改变,诸多研究证实其在心肌梗死后心室重构过程中发挥重要作用。作者从心肌梗死后心室重构机制、Gal-3结构和功能、Gal-3在心室重构中的作用及针对Gal-3的治疗措施作一综述,旨在为临床诊断和防治心肌梗死后心室重构提供理论支持。

Abstract:Ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is one of the pathogenesis of heart failure, which is closely related to the progression and poor prognosis of heart failure. Galectin-3 (Gal-3), as one of the biomarkers for judging heart failure, mainly changes myocardium by inducing myocardial fibrosis and inflammatory response. Many studies have confirmed that it plays an important role in ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. This review describes the mechanism of ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction, the structure and function of Gal-3, the role of Gal-3 in ventricular remodeling and the treatment of Gal-3, in order to provide theoretical support for clinical diagnosis or prevention and treatment of wentricular remodeling after myocardial infarction.
