萘哌地尔治疗原发性高血压的临床研究

目的：探讨萘哌地尔对轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法：40例患采用开放临床试验。安慰剂期2周，治疗期8周，应用萘哌地尔片25-50mg,Bid。结果：治疗2周后血压开始下降，4周后显示良好的降压效果。收缩压和舒张压的下降幅度分别为2.28kPa(17.1mmHg)和1.43kPa(10.7mmHg)，心率无明显变化，降压总有效率82.05%，不良反应为头晕1例。结论：萘哌地尔片治疗轻、中度原发性高血压安全、有效，耐受性及依从性较好。

The efficacy of naftopidil in treatment of mild-to-moderate essential hyperten sion

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of naftopidil on patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods: A prospective, open study was performed in patients with hypertension. Forty patients were administered naftopidil for 8 weeks. Results:BP decreased significantly 2 weeks after administration and reached to its trough at week 4. The magnitudes were 2.28 kPa (17.1 mmHg) and 1.43 kPa (10.7 mmHg) for SBP and DBP, respectively. The effect lasted to the end of experiment. HR had no change.The total effective rate was 82.05%.There was no significant change in liver and renal function and electrocardiograph. Conclusion: Naftopidil has a stable hypotensive effect and the compliance is good.
