中西医结合治疗难治复发多发性骨髓瘤

目的：观察益肾活血饮联合沙利度胺治疗难治复发多发性骨髓瘤的近期疗效。方法：25例难治复发多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为中西医结合组15例和西药组10例。西药组口服沙利度胺100mg，每晚1次，中西医结合组在口服沙利度胺的基础上加服中药益肾活血饮，共治疗6个月。结果：中西医结合组15例中，完全缓缓解l例，部分缓解8例，稳定4例，进展2例，总有效率60％。西药组10例中，完全缓解1例，部分缓解3例，稳定l例，进展5例，总有效率40％。中西医结合组临床疗效优于西药组（P〈0．05）。与治疗前比较，两组治疗后血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平均明显下降，但中西医结合组的作用更强（P〈0．05）。结论：益肾活血饮联合沙利度胺治疗难治复发多发性骨髓瘤疗效较好，且有降低血清VEGF水平的作用。

Effect of Thalidomide Combined with Yi-Shen-Huo-Xue Yin on Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Objective：To observe the effect of Yi-Shen-Huo-Xue Yin （YSHXY） and Thalidomide eoadminstration on refractory multiple myeloma. Methods ： A total of 25 patients were randomly assigned to be treated with Thalidomide alone （ n = 10, oral 100 mg per day at night ） and with Thalidomide and YSHXY （ n = 15 ） for 6 months. Serum vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） was assessed by ELISA. Results：Response rates between the 2 groups were 6% （1/15） vs 10% （ 1/ 10） of complete remission,53% （8/15） vs 30% （3/10） of partial remission,20% （4/15） vs 10% （1/10） of stable,and 60% vs 40% of the total response rate. Better results were achieved in the coadministration group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum VEGF levels in both groups were substantially decreased at the end of therapy, and the eoadminstration group had stronger effect（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： YSHXY plus Thalidomide is an effective therapy for refractory multiple myeloma and its effect on serum VEGF is stronger than Thalidomide alone.
