摘    要:目的:研究怀菊花浸膏对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)有无降压作用及可能机理.方法:采用自发性高血压大鼠为动物模型,观察高血压大鼠血压及心、脑、肾组织MDA、SOD含量的变化.结果:怀菊花浸膏高剂量组能降低高血压大鼠血压,显著增高心、脑、肾组织SOD水平,降低MDA含量.结论:怀菊花浸膏可能有降压作用和减轻靶器官脂质过氧化损伤作用.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate if Huai Chrysanthemum extractum possesses antihypertensive effect in spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR) and its possible mechanism. Methods: Spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR) were used.The change of blood pressure of SHR and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), maleic dialdehyde (MDA) in heart, brain and kidney tissue were investigated. Results: Huai Chrysanthemum extractum high-dose group can lower blood pressure of SHR; reduce MDA in heart, brain and kidney tissue; raise the content of SOD in heart, brain and kidney tissue. Conclusion: The result shows that Huai Chrysanthemi extractum can drop the blood pressure of SHR;inhibit lipid peroxidation; protect the target-organ-heart, brain and kidney from hypertension-induced damage.
