| 摘 要： | 赫氏反应 (Herxheimer)是指驱梅治疗中病灶暂时性恶化反应。少数结核病人在强化抗痨过程中亦可发生类似“赫氏反应”的现象。现将 1990年 1月至2 0 0 0年 10月临床诊治的 2 4例类赫氏反应综合分析报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 化疗前情况 2 4例中 ,男 15例 ,女 9例。年龄 15～ 5 4岁 ,平均 2 9.8岁 ,小于 4 5岁 2 2例 (91.7% ) ,大于 4 5岁 2例 (8.3% )。 2 4例中 ,浸润型肺结核 18例(75 % ) ,其中合并空洞 8例 ,合并气胸 1例 ;血行播散型肺结核 4例 (16.7% ) ;结核性胸膜炎 2例 (8.3% )。痰涂片抗酸菌阳性 18例 (75 % ) ,其中涂片 (+ ) 1…

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical feature of Herxheimer liked reaction in the treatment of tuberculosis.Methods Reviewing the medical records of tuberculosis patients.Results This reaction occurred in the initial therapy of the severe tuberculosis cases with positive sputum.Following conversion of sputum from a positive to a negative status,there are manifestations of the radiograghic changes,most of which being pulmonary infiltrates.The partial patients have high fever,dyspnea,lymgh node enlargement or hydrothorax.Conclusions They are important to realize the reaction characteristics and to differentiafe them from drug resistant tuberculosis. |
