| 摘 要： | 旨在探讨性病患者求医行为特征及影响因素，文章通过对328例性病患者进行问卷调查，结果表明：性病患者心态变化主要为恐惧及担心治愈困难、毁誉、传染于女或配偶及癌变；性别、文化程度、疾病认知水平、夫妻和谐程度及广告媒传为正确求医行为的主要影响因素。本文就有关因素进行了分析讨论。

| Abstract: | To explore the influential factors and characteristics of health seeking behavior among sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) patients, 328 cases of STDs in our department of out patient were investigated with questionnaire. The results showed that the psychological states mainly were fear, worrying about therapeutic efficacy, reputation destroyed, transmission to children or spouse and cancerization. The major factors influencing regularly seeking health care were gender, education level, cognition of the disease, harmony between couple and mass media. The contributing factors in relation to appropriate health seeking behavior were discussed based on the results. |
