基层医院临床护理人员锐器伤调查

目的了解医院临床护理人员锐器损伤情况,找出原因,加强防护。方法采用问卷调查方法,以北京市平谷区医院为调查对象进行了实际调查分析。结果所调查的200名护士一年内均发生过不同程度的锐器伤,损伤发生率为100%;其中发生针刺伤320次,安瓿玻璃损伤184次,其它如刀、剪、开瓶盖损伤120次。被血液污染的针刺伤有67人,占41.1%;其中52人在受伤前不知道患者是否有血液传播的疾病;发生锐器伤时未戴手套操作的护士达123人,占75.5%。多数护士在发生锐器损伤时进行了不同程度处理,其中有22%损伤者能及时挤出伤口血液,有70%伤者对伤口进行了清洗和消毒处理。结论该医院临床一线护士锐器损伤发生率较高,多数在损伤后对伤口进行了初步处理,但存在未知感染因子的隐患。

INVESTIGATION OF SHARP INSTRUMENT WOUNDS IN CLINICAL NURSES

Objective To know the sharp instrument wounds in clinical nurses,to find out the causes and to strengthen the protection.Method Questionnaire survey was used to carry out a practical investigation with Beijing Pinggu District Hospital as the investigation object.Result Of the 200 nurses investigated,about 100% had varying degrees of sharp instrument wounds in one year.Of these wounds,320 were needle stab wounds,184 were ampoule glass wounds,and 120 were other wounds such as knife and scissors cut,unclosing the bottle cap.Sixty-seven nurses were wounded by the blood contaminated needle,accounting for 41.1%;52 nurses did not know whether the patient had the blood transmitting disease before being injured;123 nurses had not worn gloves during wounding,accounting for 75.5%.Most nurses had carried out varying degrees of management when wounded.About 22% of the wounded nurses could squeez out the blood from wound promptly and about 70% of the wounded nurses had carried out cleaning and disinfection of the wound.Conclusion The sharp instrument damage rate is high in clinical nurses of this hospital,most nurses carried out the primary treatment of the wound after damage,but there is the unknown potential danger factor.
