借助涡轮机拔除下颌阻生智齿的临床观察

目的 探讨高速涡轮机在拔除下颌阻生智齿中的临床疗效.方法 笔者对123颗下颌阻生智齿采用高速涡轮机钻法(实验组)和骨凿劈冠法(对照组)两种拔除方法,并进行临床观察分析,记录患者接受程度、手术完成时间、术后疼痛及张口受限的发病情况.结果 实验组易被患者接受,两组手术时间、术后疼痛的发病率有显著性差异,张口受限则无显著性差异.结论 借助涡轮机拔除下颌阻生智齿能明显缩短手术时间,减轻患者术后疼痛的不良反应,易被患者接受.

Clinical Observe of Extracting Impacted Mandibular Third Molar by Dint of High-speed Air Turbine Handpiece

Objective Discuss the clinical superiority of high-speed air turbine handpiece applying in extraction of impacted mandibular third molar.Methods 123 impacted mandibuiar third molars included in this study were randomly assigned to two groups:One(test group) release bone/crown resistance by hign-speed air turbine handpiece,the other(control group)by traditional chisel Then observed the clinical reaction-acception for operation,duration of extraction,aches,limitation of mouth opening.Results Test group were easily accepted by sufferer,the data showed that duration of extraction,degree of clinical poor reaction had significant differences in tow groups(P<0.05),limitation of mouth opening hadn't significant differences.Conclusion Hign speed air turbine handpiece applying in extraction of impacted teeth could efficiently cut duration of extraction,mitigate pain,were easily accepted by sufferer.
