| 摘 要： | 目的观察长期维持性血液透析病人的抑郁状态,及其与患者血管通道情况的相关性。方法选择138例长期维持性血液透析治疗的病人,观察汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HDMA)的积分及血管通道情况,进行统计分析。结果血管内瘘流量≤200 ml/min组的焦虑抑郁积分>220~250 ml/min、250 ml/min组,血管内瘘流量201~220 ml/min组的焦虑抑郁积分>250 ml/min组(P<0.05),有血管内瘘并发症组患者焦虑抑郁积分均大于无并发症组(P<0.05)。结论透析患者血管通道情况与焦虑抑郁状态有密切关联。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the maintenance hemodialysis patients with Anxious depression,and then to discuss the relationship of blood vessel channel.Methods Choose 138 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients and observe differences of the score of HAMA and HDMA and blood vessel channel.Results In blood fluid,the score of HAMA and HDMA shows that the group of ≤200ml/min is large than the groups of 220-250ml/min and >250ml/min,the group of 201-220ml/min is large than the groups of >250ml/min(P<0.05).Maintenance hemodialysis patients with the complications of blood vessel channel is large than others in the score of HAMA and HDMA(P<0.05).Conclusion Anxious depression are related to condition of blood vessel channel in Maintenance hemodialysis patients. |
