| 摘 要： | 目的：通过动物实验研究手术治疗对扁平苔藓的治疗效果。方法：纯种哈白兔24只,在颊黏膜移植患者的扁平苔藓组织后,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别再用手术治疗和常规药物治疗,分别于术后第4、8、12周,进行面积测量、切取标本组织学观察及大体观察。结果：手术治疗可以使扁平苔藓复发率下降．扁平苔藓组织生长速度减慢。结论：临床扁平苔藓患者的手术治疗优于药物保守治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the＇curative effect of surgery on oral lichen planus （OLP） by an ani- mal experimental study. Methods： After the preparation of the OLP tissue from implanted buccal mucosa, 24 Harbin purebred white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.control group and experimental group. The control group was given conventional drug therapy and the experimental group was given surgery. The OLP specimens were harvested from each group at 4, 8 and 12 weeks respectively after surgery. Two groups were analyzed by measuring area and histomorphologically. Results- Surgery could cause the OLP recurrent rate to decrease and make the OLP tissue development slow. Conclusion. Surgery for OLP is superior to its conventional drug therapy.. |
