近年来，医院认真贯彻落实总部“适应市场谋发展，加快发展保打赢”的军队医院建设基本思想，始终把为部队服务作为医院发展的着眼点和落脚点，把保障广大官兵、离退休干部、职工家属的身心健康作为根本职责，把提供优质、高效的医疗服务作为巩固和提高部队战斗力的重要手段，坚持面向市场，服务战场，从医院发展、组织、制度、经费、手段、战备六个方面下功夫，以为部队服务为核心的各项工作取得了明显成效。
