| Abstract: | A case is reported of documented renovascular hypertension due to traumatic occlusion of the main renal artery in a double renal artery system. Emphasis is placed on the value of the oblique renal arteriogram in assessing the segmental vasculature prior to surgical intervention. Oblique arteriography may also aid in the preoperative evaluation of patients with segmental renal ischemia due to other causes. |
