三维CT重建在胫骨平台骨折中的应用

目的探讨三维CT重建在胫骨平台骨折中的应用价值。方法30例胫骨平台骨折中患者，均接受X线，三维重建检查，比较二者的结果。结果依据三维重建图像资料，平片漏诊2例，术前得以准确地评价骨折，明确分型，指导手术。结论三维重建能立体显示关节内骨折，取得了较好的疗效。

Three-dimensional computed tomography recponstruction inevalution of tibial plateau fractures

Objective To study the clinical significance of diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures with three-dimensional eomputes tomography reconstruction. Methods 30 cases of tibial plateau fractures were examined preoperatively with X-ray and 3-DCT respectively. The results were compared with each other. Results According to the data, 3-DCT has detected the fractures of all the cases besides two cases that X-ray plain scan has not done, classified them and guided operating by helping surgeons to select appropriate surgical approaches. Conclusion 3-DCT can displayed the internal joint fractres visually.
