| 摘 要： | 目的 研究口腔扁平苔藓（ Ｏ Ｌ Ｐ） 患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２ 受体（ Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ Ｒ） 水平与红细胞免疫功能相关性。方法 采用双抗体夹心 Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 法检测３０ 例 Ｏ Ｌ Ｐ 患者及３０ 例正常对照者血清 Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ Ｒ 的含量， 采用郭峰酵母菌花环法检测其 Ｒ Ｂ Ｃ－ Ｃ３ｂ Ｒ 花环率、 Ｒ Ｂ Ｃ－ Ｉ Ｃ 花环率。结果 Ｏ Ｌ Ｐ 患者血清 Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ Ｒ 含量、 Ｒ Ｂ Ｃ－ Ｉ Ｃ花环率明显高于正常对照组， 而 Ｒ Ｂ Ｃ－ Ｃ３ｂ Ｒ 花环率明显低于正常对照组。患者 Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ Ｒ 与 Ｒ Ｂ Ｃ－ Ｃ３ｂ Ｒ 花环率呈明显负相关， 而与 Ｒ Ｂ Ｃ－ Ｉ Ｃ 花环率明显正相关。结论 过高的 Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ Ｒ 水平可能会抑制 Ｏ Ｌ Ｐ 患者的红细胞免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the relationship between soluble interleukin 2 receptor and red cell immune function in oral lichen planus patients. Methods\ Blood form 30 OLP patients and 30 normals wree assayed for SIL-2R by using double antibody sndwiched ELISA, and were assayed for C3b receptor roseate and immune compound roseate of erythrocytes by Saccharomyceticcassay. Results\ Levels of SIL-2R and RBC-IC roseate of OLP is higher than normals, RBC-C3bR roseate is lower than normals. SIL-2R and RBC-IC roseate is positive correlation, SIL-2R and RBC-C3bR roseate is negative correlation. Conclusion\ High level SIL-2R can restrain RBC immune function of OLP patietns. |
