转化生长因子-β1在子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达研究

摘    要:目的探讨转化生长因子-β1mRNA(TGF—β1mRNA)在子痫前期发病机制中的作用。方法采用RT—PCR技术检测45例正常晚期妊娠妇女及56例子痫前期患者(其中轻度子痫前期21例,重度子痫前期35例)胎盘组织中TGF-β3mRNA的表达水平。结果轻、重度子痫前期胎盘组织中TGF-β1mRNA表达水平分别为:0.752±0.133、1.0164-0.346均明显高于正常妊娠组0.384±0.098(均P〈0.01),重度子痫前期组高于轻度子痫前期组(P〈0.01)。子痫前期胎盘组织中TGF-β1mRNA表达水平与24h尿蛋白、血压、新生儿体重及胎盘重量均有明显相关性。结论1.子痫前期胎盘组织中TGF-β1mRNA表达水平明显升高,并且与子痫前期病情发展密切相关。2.胎盘组织TGF-β1mRNA的表达水平与子痫前期患者胎儿发育密切相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the placental transforming growth factor - β1 (TGF - β1 ) mRNA in normal pregnancies and patients with preeclampsia and to study their clinical significance. Methods : RT - PCR was used to measure levels of placental TGF - β1 mRNA in 45 normal late pregnant women and 56 patients with preeclampsia ( 21 mild preeclampsia, 35 severe preeclampsia). Results : The levels of TGF - β1 of placenta in mild and severe preeclampsia were 0. 752 + 0. 133, 1. 016 + 0. 346 respectively. There were all obviously significant than normal pregnant group 0. 384 ± 0. 098 ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was all obviously significant in mild preeclampsia than severe preeclampsia ( P 〈0. 01 ). TNF - α mRNA and TGF -β1 mRNA levels of placenta in preeclampsia obviously correlated with the levels of SBP, DBP, MAP, proteinuria , the weight of newborn and placenta weight. Conclusion: 1. The results suggests that the levels of TNF -α mRNA and TGF - β1 mRNA in placenta are all gradually increased in preeclampsia, which was not changed in pregnant hypertension. 2. The levels of TNF - α mRNA and TGF - β1 mRNA of placenta obviously correlated with devepement of fetus.
