岳阳市护理人员相关法律知识掌握现况调查及影响因素分析

目的 了解全市护理人员相关法律知识掌握现状,分析其影响因素.方法 采用分层随机按比例抽样方法,用一般资料问卷、护理相关法律知识问卷对全市各级综合医院436名注册护士进行调查.结果 共回收有效问卷424份,护理人员相关法律知识得分为（22.28±6.28）分,得分率为57.13%;单因素分析中,年龄、工作时间、职称、医院级别、有无行政职务、是否培训对知识掌握情况有影响,各项差异均有统计学意义P＜0.05,而不同教育程度、不同科室护理人员法律知识掌握情况差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;多因素分析中按影响的强度大小依次为工作时间、是否培训,复相关系数R=0.359,R2=0.129.结论 护理人员相关法律知识掌握欠缺,影响因素为多方面,急需从各方面努力提高护理人员的相关法律知识.

Cross-sectional study of nurses' legal knowledge and its influential factors

Objective To investigate the relative legal knowledge level of registered nurses and analyze its influential factors. Methods It was a cross-sectional study with samples of 436 registered nurses. Two questionnaires were used to collect information of subjects' demographic characteristics, and the Knowledge of laws about nursing. Results 424 valid questionnaires were collected. The average score of the knowledge of laws about nursing in registered nurses was 22.28± 6.28, score ratio was 57.13%. According to one-way ANOVA, age, working time, professional title, hospital rank, administrative duty, related training affected the mastering of law knowledge (P ＜0. 05 ); but the different education level, different working department did not have remarkable different score ( P ＞ 0. 05 ); according to multiple linear stepwisc regression analysis, two factors (working time, related training) were the main influential elements of knowledge. Conclusions The knowledge of laws about nursing of registered nurses was poor; the related factors were complicated and it is urgent to improve the knowledge of laws about nursing of registered nurses from all aspects.
