血清IL-16、hs-CRP和前白蛋白在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的检测价值

目的探讨血清白细胞介素16(IL-16)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和前白蛋白(PA)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的检测价值。方法选取COPD患者78例,另选择例健康查体者18例作为健康对照组,分别检测血清IL-16、hs-CRP和PA水平,观察COPD患者病情与上述指标的关系。结果血清IL-16和hs-CRP水平急性加重期患者高于缓解期患者,而缓解期患者高于健康对照组;而血清PA水平健康对照组高于缓解期患者,缓解期患者高于急性加重期患者。血清IL-16和hs-CRP水平随着肺功能分级的升高而升高,PA水平随着肺功能分级的升高而降低。结论 IL-16、hs-CRP和PA参与了COPD的发生发展过程,联合检测血清IL-16、hs-CRP和PA水平,对了解COPD病情严重程度和肺功能的损害程度有着重要临床意义。

Determination value of serum IL-16,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and prealbumin in patients with COPD

Objective It is to explore the determination value of serum IL-16,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and prealbumin(PA) in patients with COPD.Methods 78 cases of patients with COPD were chosen,and 18 healthy persons were collected as control group,and the levels of IL-16,hs-CRP and PA in these subjects were detected to observe the relationship between the indexes above and the severity of COPD.Results The serum levels of IL-16 and hs-CRP in acute exacerbation group were higher than those in remission group,while those makers in remission group also higher compared with healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);and the level of PA in the healthy control group was higher than that in remission group,while the level of PA in remission group was higher compared with acute exacerbation group.The levels of IL-16 and hs-CRP elevated as the grade of lung function increased,while the level of PA was opposite.Conclusion IL-16,hs-CRP and PA play a part in the development and progression of COPD,it is of great significance to understand the severity of COPD and the extent of damage in lung function from detection of serum IL-16,hs-CRP and PA.
