摘    要:目的探讨大黄素对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎肾损伤的保护作用及可能机制。方法大鼠48只,随机分为重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)模型组、大黄素治疗组及空白组,造模6 h、12 h后分别测定各组血清淀粉酶(Amy)、肌酐(Cr)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量,观察肾脏组织学改变情况。结果与模型组比较,大黄素治疗组血清TNF-α、Amy、Cr的含量均明显降低。肾脏病理损伤评分较模型组也明显减少。结论大黄素可以减少SAP大鼠体内炎症递质TNF-α的释放,减轻SAP大鼠的肾脏损伤。

Abstract:Objective It is to explore the protection of Emodin on kidney damage in rat with severe acute pancreatitis to explore its possible mechanism.Methods 48 rats were randomly divided into severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) model group,Emodin treatment group and the blank group.In 6 h and 12 h after models were established,the contents of serum amylase(Amy),creatinine(Cr),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) were determined,and the changes of renal histology were observed.Results Compared with that in model group,the contents of serum TNF-α,Amy,Cr were obviously decreased in Emodin treatment group,and the scores of renal histologic injury were decreased too.Conclusion Emodin can reduce the release of inflammatory mediator TNF-α in the SAP rats,thereby relieve kidney injury.
