竹沥胶囊与氨溴索对支气管炎患者祛痰作用的临床随机对照研究

目的比较口服竹沥胶囊与氨溴索对支气管炎患者祛痰治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法 238例支气管炎的患者,按照随机数字表分为2组,实验组124例口服竹沥胶囊3粒/次,3次/d;对照组114例口服氨溴索片30 mg/次,3次/d。2组疗程均为14 d。结果实验组和对照组的临床控制率分别为54.0%和55.2%,总有效率分别为88.6%和87.5%。实验组痰液性质、痰量、咳痰难易程度的临床控制率分别为75.8%,83.8%和72.5%;总有效率分别为89.5%,93.5%和83.8%。对照组临床控制率分别为75.4%,79.8%和74.5%,临床总有效率分别为88.3%,92.2%和87.6%。2组比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。实验组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为0.8%和8.7%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论口服竹沥胶囊对支气管炎祛痰效果与氨溴索等效,安全性好于氨溴索。

Clinical,randomized,controlled study on expelling phlegm of Zhuli Capsule and ambroxol in bronchitis

Objective It is to evaluate the expelling phlegm efficacy and safety of Zhuli Capsule and ambroxol in bronchitis.Methods Two hundred and thirty-eight patients with bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group contained 124 cases that were treated with Zhuli Capsule 3 pills thrice a day;and control group contained 120 cases that were treated with ambroxol 3 tablets thrice a day.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Results Clinical control rate was 54% in treatment group and 55.2% in control group;and total efficacy rate was 88.6% in treatment and 87.5% in control group.Clinical control rate of properties of sputum,amount of sputum,easy extend of expectoration were 75.8%,83.8%,72.5% and total efficacy rate were 89.5%,93.5%,83.8% respectively in treatment group;and these values were 75.4%,79.8%,74.5% and 88.3%,92.2%,87.6% respectively in control group.There was no difference between both groups.Adverse effect rate was 0.8% in treatment group and 8.7% in control group;there was significant difference between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The expelling phlegm effect of Zhuli Capsule is similar to ambroxol,but without obvious adverse effect.
