Cyr61和CD105在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

目的检测CCN家族成员Cyr61和CD105标记的微血管密度(MVD)在胃癌组织中的表达情况,探讨Cyr61对胃癌血管形成的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测130例胃癌患者及50例正常人胃黏膜组织中Cyr61和CD105的表达情况,观察其临床意义及与CD105标记的血管密度的关系。结果胃癌组织中Cyr61蛋白表达的阳性率和MVD明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,二者的表达与胃癌的肿物大小、分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关,胃癌组织中Cyr61和MVD呈正相关。结论 Cyr61在胃癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用,Cyr61可以促进CD105标记的血管新生,联合检测Cyr61和CD105的表达可能成为预测胃癌预后的重要指标。

Expression and clinical significance of Cyr61 and CD105 in gastric carcinoma

Objective It is to detect the expression of Cyr61 and microvessel density(MVD) stained by CD105 in gastric carcinoma and investigate it’s function on pathogenesis,development and metastasis in primary gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of Cyr61 and MVD in 130 cases of gastric carcinoma and 50 cases of normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry method to observe its clinical significance and relationship with MVD stained by CD105.Results The positive rate of Cyr61 protein expression and MVD in gastric carcinoma tissue was obviously higher than that in normal gastric mucous membrane tissue.Their expression was closely correlated with tumor volume,differentiation and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.The positive correlation was found between Cyr61 and MVD.Conclusion The protein of Cyr61 not only can promote the angiogenesis of gastric carcinoma,but also promote the development of gastric carcinoma.The expressions of Cyr61 and CD105 may be significant prognostic indicators.
