理血颗粒对血液流变性和血小板聚集的影响

目的观察中药制剂理血颗粒的凉血通络、活血化瘀功效。方法取家兔随机分成空白对照组、理血颗粒高低剂量组和尿激酶组,用药前后分别测量各组的血液流变学指标;取大鼠随机分成空白对照组、理血颗粒高低剂量和尿激酶组,用药前后测凝血时间(CT)。结果理血颗粒能显著降低家兔血浆比黏度和血浆中纤维蛋白原水平,口服给药后能明显延长大鼠凝血时间(CT)。结论理血颗粒具有活血化瘀的作用,并有抗凝作用。

Effect of Lixue granule on hemorheology and platelet aggregation

Objective It is to observe the effect of Liangxue Tongluo and Huoxue Huayu of Lixue granule.Methods Some rabbits were chosen and randomly divided into four groups: blank control group,the high,medium dosage of Lixue granule groups and urokinase group,and the indexes of hemorheology in each group were determined before and after drug administration.Some rats were chosen and randomly divided into four groups: blank control group,the high,medium dosage of Lixue granule groups and urokinase group,and clotting time in each group was determined before and after drug administration.Results Lixue granule could not only significantly reduce plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in rabbits but also significantly extend clotting time in rats.Conclusion Lixue granule has Huoxue Huayu effect and anticoagulation.
