| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中P-P38和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中P-P38和UPA的表达情况。结果子宫内膜癌组织中P-P38和uPA分别表达定位于细胞浆和细胞核,其表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P均<0.05)。二者的表达与肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关;二者之间比较表达呈正相关。结论 P-P38和uPA在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective It is to exploer the expression and significance of P-P38 and uPA in endometrial carcinoma.Methods The expression of P-P38 and uPA were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in 60 cases of endometrial cancer and 32 cases of normal endometrial tissue.Results The expressions of P-P38 and uPA were located with cytoplasm,cytoplasm.Their expressions were higher in endometrial tissue than that in the normal tissue(P<0.05).Both the indexes were related with myometrial invasion,lymph nodemetastasis,clinical stage and pathological staging(P<0.05).The results of comparing anyone with either of the other two were positive correlation between them(P<0.05).Conclusion P-P38 and uPA were highly expressed in the endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related with the development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. |
