| 摘 要： | 目的探讨研究先天性食管闭锁-气管食管瘘的诊断及治疗方法。方法分析我院开展的22例先天性食管闭锁-气管食管瘘患儿的临床资料。结果 20例治愈(其中有1例瘘管复发,行二次手术),1例因吻合口瘘放弃治疗,1例因两盲端距离太长而放弃治疗。结论早期诊断、及时而精细的手术及术后护理是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to explore early diagnosis and treatment of congenital esophageal atresia and tracheoesophageal fistula.Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of children with congenital esophageal atresia and tracheoesophageal fistula was analyzed.Results 20 cases were cured(one of the cases was accpeted the secondary operation because of anastomotic fistula),one was abandoned because of the anastomotic stoma fistula,the other one was abandoned because of the long gap between cecum.Conclusion Early diagnosis and timely-exactly surgical treatment and post-operative skillful nursing care are the key of successful surgery. |
