| 摘 要： | 目的观察接气通经针法治疗无先兆性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照单盲的方法,将符合标准的无先兆性偏头痛患者60例分成治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用接气通经的针刺疗法治疗,对照组给予西比灵5 mg 1次/d口服。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学和NO值的变化。结果临床疗效治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组血液流变学及NO值均有改善,但治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论接气通经针法为治疗无先兆性偏头痛的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Jieqi Tongjing acupuncture therapy on migraine without aura.Methods 60 cases according with the demands of diagnose standard were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jieqi Tongjing acupuncture therapy,and the control group was treated with Sibelium 5mg by oral use one time a day.The clinical effect and the improvement of blood rheology and NO before and after treatment were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Blood rheology and NO were improved in both groups,and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group.Conclusion Jieqi Tongjing acupuncture therapy is one of the effective methods for treating for migraine without aura. |
