介入治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床研究

目的探讨介入治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法对30例乳腺癌病人行术前介入化疗,观察肿块缩小程度及局域淋巴结术前、术后的变化。结果通过介入治疗及手术病理证实,肿块均有不同程度的缩小、坏死,周围转移的淋巴结坏死,小的转移淋巴结消失。结论由介入动脉灌注化疗药物,使局部药物浓度高,对癌细胞杀伤作用强,可使肿瘤明显缩小、坏死,有利于手术切除,是一种创伤小、副作用轻、提高手术切除率和治愈率的有效方法,值得推广。

Clinical Research on Intervention Therapy for Late Mammary Cancer

Objective To explore the clinic effects of intervention therapy for late mammary cancer.Methods 30 cases of mammary cancer patients received preoperative intervention chemotherapy.Then observed the shrinkage of tumors and the changes in lymph nodes before and after operations.Results It was confirmed that the intervention therapy and the operative pathological detection can make all the tumors shrink and die in different degree.And it also can make the peripheral metastatic lymph nodes die and the smaller ones disappear.Conclusion The perfusion of chemotherapeutic agents can increase the desensity of drug in local sites and kill cancer cells and make tumors shrink and get necrosis effectively,which can help to remove the tumors.Intervention therapy can be used to enhance the removal and curative rates without causing serious trauma or side effectes.
